Activities

  • Community Tufting Workshop

Participants, split in 2 groups, will engage in a tufting workshop together with Creative Spark Lab staff and Fabricademy.

During the session, they will learn the fundamentals of modern rug-making, operate the tufting gun safely, and control pile height and direction. Each participant will have the opportunity to practice creating lines, shapes, and filled areas, and will experiment with color combinations and textures.

  • Show & Tell

Participants will have the opportunity to showcase the projects they developed over the previous days to the Dundalk community. They can share their work, get feedback, and celebrate what they’ve created.

It’s also a great chance to meet other makers and connect with people from the local FabLab network.
