Role models and innovation narratives
Reputation management
is about appointing female role models at different levels, who will be key drivers and active members of the project, promoting the transformation process through innovation. Thus, we propose three groups Advisory Board, Gurus and Ambassadors, who will act in different perspectives tackling Shemakes' vision.
All reputation management members should be individuals committed to informing, inspiring, and supporting the Shemakes actions in their communities and networks.
All women are invited to participate in this reputation strategy representing thei personal and professional capacity and contributing to the transformation process through technological, societal and environmental innovation particularly in the textile and fashion industry.

three groups will accompany the whole project's strategy, deploying reputation
actions until the project's end.
